*Be sure to separate colors before washing as some dyes can bleed into each other, especially on the first wash. 

Washing:

Cotton thrives with a gentle touch. Use cool or warm water and a mild detergent. Skip harsh chemicals and fabric softeners (cotton softens naturally!). 

Drying: Air drying is ideal, but tumble drying on low heat works too. To minimize wrinkles, remove the dress slightly damp and smooth it out.

Minimize Shrinkage:

Cotton can shrink slightly (expect up to 5% shrinkage), especially during the first wash. To minimize this, consider pre-washing in cold water.

Ironing:

Cotton can be ironed while slightly damp for easier wrinkle removal. Use a medium to high heat setting.

Due to our made to order process and the individuality of our pieces, it would not be possible to return your order for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. We ask that you please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.

This dress is made to order. Allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or 3-6 weeks for a custom-made dress. If you need the dress sooner for an event, please contact us before placing your order to inquire about rush order options (subject to availability).

Love this dress! Size is perfect! Can't tell you how many XS dresses i have bought that fit way too big (like a Med) this one however fits like a true XS, which works perfect for me! Im scared im going to become addicted to this shop! Ah! Hide all the dresses please 😅🤣

This dress so beautiful. Excellent quality! Unfortunately even with a large the top portion of the dress was extremely tight. I felt as if the top part portion of the dress would rip if I were to touch elbows to elbows. I couldn't not even get half ways. I would highly recommend taking your measurements for the top portion of the dress. Unfortunately because of this I can't wear the dress till I get it altered.

I ordered this dress for my daughter for Christmas. I didn't think it would be here until the end of January but I was so surprised when it showed up before Christmas! This is the second dress I've purchased from hearts and found and they're both perfect! Looks exactly as pictured. Has deep pockets and two layers of fabric in the skirt. The fabric is soft and the skirt is very full and feels so luxurious. Fits just right over my shoulders and doesn't restrict my movement at all. The front closure is actually a zipper, not buttons as I assumed but that makes it super easy to get dressed and it's very well hidden so that's a plus in my book. I'll probably end up buying this in more colors because it's perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions. It also shipped way sooner than expected which was great. I'm 110% satisfied with my purchase!
