This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Lovely dress with thick straps - I'm a smidge over the measurements for a 2X (I'm 46.5'-36.5'-45', 36HH chest) but this fits snugly and comfortably, even with a peasant shirt underneath. Really looking forward to wearing it in the summer.
So satisfied by this purchase! The quality is some of the best I've ever gotten from dresses on Etsy. Just the little details from the beautiful packaging to the scrunchy made from matching fabric of the dress that was in the pocket of the dress. The sizing is perfect too, the waist fits snugly but not uncomfortable in any way. Would highly recommend anyone to buy this dress!
Absolutely adore the dress. I'm sort of between sizes (35-27-37 but usually like a snug fit) and decided to size up to a medium for added comfort and ease for summer wear. It's darling and I've worn it so much already! Looking forward to my next purchase.

This was the perfect graduation dress, the quality is excellent and the dress fits perfectly! Everything is double-lined but I got linen fabric so it wasn't too hot, but it could be warm with different fabrics.
This was the first dress I ordered from
hearts and found and I immediately bought two more! The custom sizing fits impeccably and the construction of the dress is super high quality. It is worth every penny to get a dress that actually fits properly. I also love how light weight the Swiss dot cotton is for the hot and humid summers where I live. I'm sure I will order even more! I apologize for the terrible lighting in my photo but that's the only photo I currently have that shows the whole dress :)
It's my third dress from Hearts and Found and I'm very pleased. The fabric is absolute stunning and warm, the colour is not as vibrant as depicted, but that's exactly what I wanted! It fits very good since it's custom made and the process was easy. Of course, the making of the dress and shipping to Germany is a long time, but it's worth waiting. Won't be my last dress for sure!

As always, the quality is great and the material (linen) is perfect for hot and humid weather. My only wish with this dress is that the gathered part could've been a bit taller as it currently ends above my natural bust line.

I ordered my Michelle dress in Powder Blue Linen and Knee (Reg) Length. I chose custom measurements, because my bust-waist-hip ratio didn't match the size chart. I especially chose this pattern because of the wide straps. In my order it wasn't the piece I was most excited about, but now that I tried it on I absolutely fell in love with it. It fits perfect at the bust area and the waist. I also can wear my bra under the dress without worrying about it showing. The fabric is very beautiful, it's a wonderful shade of blue and I'm sure it will look stunning over a white blouse in winter. It also gives me some 'Alice in Wonderland'-vibes. Oh, and the length is perfect, too. It hits just under the knees, so it's very flattering.
The dress arrived beautifully packaged and exactly to my specs. Also loved the matching mask that was included. I always have great experiences with Hearts and Found!
