We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Ready to Ship orders, are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. For Made to Order we will confirm an estimated shipping date within one week and within 48 hours for Rush Orders.

Since most items are made to order, we require a minimum of 3 weeks for production, before shipping can occur.

We strive to produce and ship all items in the quickest possible manner, without infringing on quality.

Please bear in mind Vietnamese Holidays such as TET Lunar New Year can influence supply times and availability, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

We can 'RUSH' orders if you need a quick delivery. We are fairly flexible and hope to accommodate as many orders as possible. To rush an order please select the RUSH option on the checkout.

'RUSH' orders are an additional $25 PER dress and could take under 2 weeks to be delivered.

Import duties and taxes, including VAT, are payable on packages being delivered to Europe (particularly UK deliveries). These fees are NOT covered through the purchase price, and do come as the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Thanks for your understanding.

The amount of import duties and taxes varies depending on the country of origin, the value of the goods, and the type of goods being imported. In the case of packages from Vietnam being delivered to Europe, the fees may include VAT (value-added tax), which can range from 17% to 27% depending on the country.

For US customers, there are exceptions to paying taxes if you live in the United States. Shipments to the United States have an import threshold of $800, which means that no taxes are paid for shipments under $800. In the event that you place an order exceeding $800, we can split the shipment to ensure that you won't have to pay any taxes.

Our dresses run true to size in that they are made exactly to the measurements on our size chart.
So it is very important to know your measurements before ordering with us.

To ensure the best fit, we suggest measuring with breathable ease - if you hold your breath while measuring, you’ll have to hold your breath while wearing the dress! 

☞ Armscye: Measure from the tip of the shoulder, around the edge of the bust, and under the arm.

☞ Shoulder to bust point: Measure from the shoulder, down to the bust-line, which is where your nipples will align.

☞ Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust (taken while wearing a non-padded bra)

☞ Waist: This measurement is taken at the smallest part of your waist which is usually 1 or 2 inches above your belly button. If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.

☞ Hips/Bottom: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/bottom.
