This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

I don't mean the best etsy experience, I mean the best customer service experience from anywhere I've shopped. If I could leave ten stars in each category I would!! I needed a rush order for a dress and ordered SUPER last second. I reached out to hearts and found and we figured out a plan that would get the dress to me asap. It even came three days early!! quality is outstanding and feels so comfortable in a way only hand sewn items can. The packaging was super cute too, I felt like I got an early Christmas gift. My Emily dress in 'You Plaid Me At Hello' (Black Watch plaid) is gorgeous and perfectly fitting. The plaid fabric is a warm, sturdy cotton flannel, and the dress is fully lined in a lighter navy cotton. I'm a bust 40, waist 32, and I bought the XL size since my measurements fit that size exactly. It fits so perfectly, in fact, that I struggled slightly to put it on over a blouse, which is how I intend to wear it in the cold months - but I think it'll be just fine, especially after it's worn and washed a few times. I am super impressed at the fabric-matching, especially since the princess seams mean the bodice pieces are curved - they did a spectacular job matching up the lines of the plaid pattern! Ordered on May 29, shipped on June 24, and arrived to me in the United States on June 27. No additional customs fee.

Beautiful dress, it's made from a lovely soft cotton that is breathable so perfect for summer and but also has some warmth to it so would work in autumn with layering and a coat. Material feels like high quality and the dress is sewn perfectly. Overall very happy!

Very nice thick fabric, there's a liner underneath the dress and creates a lovely skirt, and customized sizing was amazing! I felt like my body proportions didn't quite meet the standard sizing and with my custom sizes the dress fits perfect!

La prochaine fois je commanderais une robe sur-mesure car ayant pourtant pris mes mesures, j'ai pris la taille qui me correspondait. Hors on ne pouvait pas savoir la longueur des bretelles elle sont légèrement trop longues, n'ayant pas beaucoup de poitrine ça flotte à cet endroit. Les bretelles ne soutiennent pas la poitrine.
Je vais devoir découdre et réajuster à la machine ce léger problème.
Mais quoi qu'il en soit je recommande cette boutique car ce sont de belles créations et un super service client derrière.

Love this dress! If you plan on layering something underneath other than a thin tee or turtleneck, I'd recommend sizing up. These dresses are true to size and very fitted so I wouldn't recommend trying to make something work that may be too tight— especially in the bust.
