This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

I love this dress! I got size M. It has pockets which is great and material is lovely. I don't have to wear a bra with this which is very surprising as I always have to, but I feel so secure. I got the shortest length which was a tad shorter than I anticipated but that's my fault. I'm 5,5 or 165cm. Perfect Christmas dress. Shipping was faster than expected (Australia). Can't wait to buy more!

I ordered this dress for my college graduation and it is my new favorite--I've since worn it to bars, out dancing, and even just to the grocery store I love it so much. I have gotten countless compliments and it makes me so happy to have found a company with well-made, timeless, and unique designs that are reasonably priced. Two considerations: I did get it slightly tailored after it came because my size dropped a bit from the time I ordered, but it was well worth the effort to have the perfect fit. Secondly, on the Bettie dress the slit on mine was a surprise to me and is quite revealing on the back of the thigh, but it's actually quite sexy if that's your cup of tea. Overall, the quality is amazing, the customer service is amazing, and I can't wait to purchase more designs.

i have ordered two dresses in two days. though the quality is there I had issues:
first I paid twice the delivery price whereas the dresses arrived at once, in the same package. I understand that it is calculated at each sell but the seller could have offered a discount on the made to measure price
this was my second problem : it wasnt clear for me that the price didn't include the made to measure fabrication. the seller asked me a lot of questions about my size, the pictures of my body, my measurements. it is only after that, that the seller told me that I should pay more for non standard size. This whole talk was frustrating.
following the advice of the seller regarding my measurements, I finally ordered the XL but it is really too big for me, I cannot wear these dresses ! also the tax fee was huge half of the total price
