This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

As always, phenomenal quality, perfect craftsmanship, and a very beautiful dress in general. I swear I get compliments from strangers nearly every time I wear a heartsandfound dress. The plaid fabrics are particularly soft (this one's Christmas Gone Plaid). I think this might be one of my new favorite styles - I love the sweet neckline and the puff sleeves! So beautiful and amazing as usual! I got a large (42”bust, 29” waist) and I will need to get custom orders in the future as I like the waist to be fitted. Wonderful construction and overall just a divine dress!
Another beautiful piece from Hearts and Found. I haven't purchased anything from them in about a year. The shipping is super fast now! I purchased this dress for a newborn family photo shoot. The dress is a bit snug since I just gave birth but I was able to get it zipped up! Lol the quality is amazing and the fabric is so soft. The white cotton fabric is the loveliest creamy color. It's not stark white which I like.
I absolutely love this dress! I love how customizable these dresses are from being able to choose the length to having multiple choices of fabric. It fits perfectly - measurements listed were very accurate. It came beautifully packaged with a matching mask that I've already gotten many compliments on. I love how big the pockets are. Stitching is stunning and sturdy. I can't wait to wear this again and again - it's exactly what I wanted.

I ordered this dress to wear to a friends wedding, the wedding hasn't happened yet but after trying the dress on I am so happy with it! The quality is beautiful, it came in amazing time and beautifully packaged.
It's a little too big, but I think was due to me measuring myself incorrectly. Easily fixed :)

Phenomenal craftsmanship & quality, as always! The material is high quality, it's perfectly lined, the pockets are huge but also well-hidden, and the comfort is out of this world. I bought this as a cute summer dress but I refuse to let the weather stop me from wearing it - and this dress style looks great with the bow hanging out over a sweater! :)

I just can't get enough of these dresses!! I love the colour of this one, (“I can't believe it's not butter”) it's such a delicate shade of yellow. It gives me serious Belle vibes!!
