This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

This dress is a dream! Also, the shop owner managed to get it earlier as planned to me and it exceeded my expectations. The pockets are great, the fabric has a good quality and is not see through at all, there is an insown underskirt and it fits perfectly! The customer service is just wonderful, they were so helpful and patient with me when I changed my mind and wanted a custom fabric instead. When my fabric arrived in Vietnam the dress was on its way the very next day. They even colour-matched the skirt lining fabric with the rest of the dress perfectly!

I got this in a size S due to the design (I'm mid XS and S) and it fits great! Length 26' and I'm about 1.65m. Currently own 3 Loretta dresses and would probably get more of the other designs in future.
This dress is beyond amazing! I got the Tuscan yellow color and it's such a gorgeous color. However - be sure to check the measurements!! I'm usually between L/XL but because there are no returns and it was an investment piece, I double triple checked my measurements and checked them against the sizing chart. I matched the 2XL best but was still concerned because it's a bigger size than I normally buy. It fits PERFECTLY! I'm so in love with this dress - even in below freezing temps it's gorgeous and can be cozied up so well!
10/10 experience! Not only did they express ship the dress to make sure I could wear it to my event, they sent me a measuring tape because I mentioned in a message that I lost mine. Wonderful people and now I finally have a dress that fits my waist!

Love my dress! Was debating on a size small v. Medium because of the waist size but decided on the small because of the bust. Tight on the waist but still manageable to zip up myself. Received so many compliments on it. I should have steamed it before wearing out but I love the sage green color. I am 5'3” and picked the knee length/Regular.
this is the most beautiful dress i own! it fits nicely with room for comfort (xs) and is very flattering, it shipped quickly (way faster than expected). i can't recommend enough ☺️! the fabric is very soft and the pockets are huge! if you are canadian, there is about a $30 duty fee.

This dress fits like a dream. I ordered the medium because it fit my measurements pretty well. I'm 5'6”, 28 waist and ~38 inch hips. the pockets are huge and the dress feels so nice and you can tell it's made very well.
The seller messaged me after I placed my order to let me know that they had unfortunately ran out of the fabric I picked. They were incredibly responsive, and shipped it very fast after I sent them the fabric I'd like instead.
