This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

For reference, I'm short and have a wider rib cage so dresses tend to be too tight around my torso/chest if they fit my waist. The custom sizing made it perfect. The quality of construction is wonderful, and the cotton pattern fabric I chose looks super cute and is high quality as well. I'll be ordering more for sure!

I would score higher than 5 stars if I could. I expected to like this one, but this design turned out to be even better than I had expected. In fact, I will probably order more of this style in different fabrics later on. I paid extra for custom measurements, and it was nothing less than perfect.

This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!

The fabric (white cotton) was amazing! Really thick but breathable and so unlike anything you get from department stores (you couldn't see though it!) and it fit very well and seemed to be very good quality.
