This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Oh. My. This dress is so incredible. I can't get over how flattering and feminine it is. I ordered it with a Pencil skirt, in the Muholland Plaid and the pattern alignment and cut is on POINT. It's THE perfect classy work dress for fall and cooler weather. I have amassed quite a collection of H&F items now, I'm replacing all my old polyester fabric (gross) garments with high quality natural materials, and I just keep coming back to this shop because everything about the brand is amazing. This was my first time ordering from Hearts and Found, and I was not disappointed!! I got two dresses and two skirts, and this dress was by far my favorite 😍 I got it in Jade Green Cotton. The color, the fabric, and the fit is a dream. I have never bought anything online that fit so perfectly. Highly recommend!

I'm disappointed with this particular purchase. The white scallop detail on the nightshade fabric was not included at all in my dress. That was a huge part of why I chose this fabric. If it couldn't be included on a circle skirt, I would've liked to know before ordering. Especially since I paid extra for the custom skirt. It's really too bad. The dress is well made but the scallop detail would've really elevated the design

Marjorie was amazing from start to finish. As I was between sizes, I had a ton of questions and she answered them all so patiently. Because of her care and attention, when both dresses arrived they were a perfect fit!
I cannot wait to wear this dress this spring / summer. I went for the Antique Rose Linen and it is a beautiful dusty rose pink colour. The linen also feels so soft and is beautifully lined. I'm already thinking about ordering this dress in another colour because I love it so much! 😆

This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!
It fits, the neckline isn't too wide, and I can wear it on or off the shoulders. I can't wait for the dress to be apart of my ren faire costume!

This is my 4th dress from here and just like the others, this dress is beautiful and extremely well made.
Amazing pockets they are HUGE! Came with a matching scrunchie too! I didn't do custom sizing so the waist fits perfectly but the bust is a bit big on me but I expected that. I think it would be worth it to upgrade to custom sizing next time. I love twirling in this dress the skirt spins beautifully and I got so many compliments while wearing this.
