This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

I am so happy with my custom made dress. I put a rush order on it and it took pactically two weeks to receive a custom made order to size fit dress. There are import duties if you live in British Columbia, Canada. I am very happy with the quality and fit of the dress.
I could not he happier with my Hearts and Found dress! It is the most beautiful thing I have ever owned! I cried when I opened it. They also sent me a matching mask and a cute measuring tape! I am now a loyal customer for life.

The quality is superb, it fits well and it's super comfy, plus giant pockets !! I'm talking my whole hand, and half way up my forearm fits in those things!
I chose the pink champagne linen and it looks just as beautiful as it does on the website.

I am so in love with the dress! It came in the cutest packaging I have ever seen and it came with a thank you letter, a meassuring tape and a matching facemask.
I'm so so happy! Although I would order a size bigger next time because my boobs are stretching the fabric around the button area (I have this issue with alot of blousses so I wasn't too surprised...). Also I want to point out that you have to consider that you will have to pay quite a bit of custom duties when the package arrives in your country. It was a bit much but I have to say it was worth it. I would definately splurge on one or two of the dresses again (I already I my eyes set on one)
the cut of this dress is so pretty! I got it in the sephia linen and it's a great shade of brown.
the dress is beautiful. it is made of a high quality linen and it is very well crafted. the color (Carolina Blue) is exactly as it was shown on my screen. The delivery took place in the specified time and Marjorie responded promptly to my request in this regard. I love the dress very much, it makes me feel great and I am grateful for that. Gah, I can't get over how wonderful this dress is. I'll be getting it in so many other fabric options. The craftsmanship is top tier - the hidden front zip blew my mind. The turn around and arrival was half the time I was expecting for a handmade piece. The customer service is also 10/10. I didn't realise one of my measurements didn't really make sense, but they picked up on it and got be to double check and I'm so glad they did. I was off by a good few cm. Couldn't recommend them more! This dress will last forever.

It arrived faster than i was expecting. I love the attention to detail (especially the zipper in the front so you dont need help when putting it on!) i cant wait to wear it in the warmer weather.
I would give it a 4.5 if I could. It's not bad quality at all, by any means. I'm just nit-picky with my fabrics. The fabric is a bit sheer, so when you're making a dress like I did, make sure you use some sort of lining or petticoat for it. Other than that, I got loads of compliments for the fabric, and it didn't fray as much either! I'm quite happy with my purchase!

This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!
