This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

My measurements are 90/70/96 and I ordered a size M. The dress fits almost perfectly, the waistband is just a bit too high for me, so I'm thinking about customizing the next dress (definitely gonna get another one). The fabric is beautiful and perfect for winter times (Cambridge Plaid).
The only slightly negative thing is the button loop which is a little bit too small for the button but it might stretch if I wear it more often.
It also arrived much earlier than expected, lovely and plastic-free packed!
My sister absolutely adores this dress! The shipping time was quick, taking about two weeks to arrive, which was more than enough for a Christmas gift. Marjorie was very kind and courteous when figuring out the exact details and proportions of the dress.
This is my first custom fitted dress from this shop and let me tell you, IT MAKES A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. As a small chested lady with a large ribcage the custom size really allowed for a beautiful fit, I've honestly never had a dress that fits me so well. I'll be coming back for more items very soon!!
I loved this process and through! The team was so wonderfully patient, kind, and helpful while hand-holding me through my indecisiveness. I've had bad experiences in the past with custom made items on Etsy, but they instilled confidence by being highly communicative and flexible.
The dress itself is a DREAM. It fits wonderfully (a challenge for my shape), the fabric is soft and good for all-day wear, and the pockets are WONDERFUL (large and roomy but still completely hidden).
I got so many compliments on it, and now my mom wants her own!

Stunning dress! I'm tall-ish at 5'9” and I can't get over what a difference having a custom dress makes. The waist hits at my actual waist💗 This dress makes me so happy and is beautifully constructed with pockets plenty big enough to carry my phone in them-yay!! Every woman should experience the joy of wearing one of these lovely dresses.

Another perfect dress from Hearts & Found. I love it. I'm super picky about plaids, and on this dress the tartan lines up at the seams (and that is so hard to find!) This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!

The dress is beautiful! My standard size fit a little bit snug as the fabric doesn't stretch, but the quality is fantastic.
I'm disappointed with sizing—I gave my measurements and they recommended size small, but the dress is very tight on me. Next time I would order a size larger. Otherwise, the dress is lovely and high quality. The caramel color linen is beautiful.
The fit was too thigh. I sent my measurements for custom-sizing but even so, the result was not comfortable to wear. For example, I can't raise my arms while wearing it. I will need to contact a local seamstress for the adjustments (out of my pocket).
