This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

This custom dress turned out fabulous! The material is a little thicker and perfect to be worn during this time of this time of the year. The pattern I requested is “Muholland plaid”. I had excellent experiences with the seller, since she was so kind to let me switch the fabric. Really happy with how it turned out :)

I am honestly blown away by this dress. It so beautifully made and the quality is amazing for the price. Im spot on a 32inch waist and I found it slightly tight to get the zipper up where the skirt and top meet but nothing a bit of wiggling won't fix. Just be aware there is no stretch to this dress if youre slightly between sizes, size up! Overall im so happy with this dress that I've just order two more :p

This is my first dress from Hearts and Found and I was floored by how quickly it arrived. It's beautifully made, fully lined, and fits pretty true to size. I ordered the Natalie in XXL and because my arms are bigger, I think this design would really benefit from underarm gussets for easier movement. Otherwise I love the dress and look forward to ordering more from this shop!

The shop owners were very considerate and quick to reply. I made a mistake on the order length but they made sure to confirm and update the change. My measurements are 34/28.5/36 and the medium fit just right with room for a shirt underneath on a cold day.

I'm really impressed with the construction of this dress and the fabric I chose 'Not too shabby roses' looked better than I expected in person. I'm really lucky I chose it when I did because I don't see the fabric available anymore. I have my eye on other dresses and look forward to ordering again in the future.

This was one of two dresses I ordered. I wanted to wear this as a pinafore dress over knitted tops and shirts in the colder months so I informed Marjorie of this and she very helpfully suggested I size up to an M (my other order was an S, for the summer). She was spot on, I was able to get it on over my shirts without it being too tight but also while keeping it a flattering fit. I went for an A-Line skirt adjustment and it's very flattering! I chose the Chocolate Brown cotton as it was a very versatile colour that I could wear in a lot of combinations.
Now I'm already thinking about getting this in another colour...! I am so happy I found Heartsandfound and I would recommend them gladly to anyone.
