This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Absolutely gorgeous dress! I do recommend wearing seamless underwear or a petticoat underneath it though, the material is a little thin - however aside from that, the colour is stunning and as a short person it makes for a beautiful full length gown.

The dress is incredibly beautiful and the fabric and construction looks and feels very luxurious. My only issue has been with the sleeves being too big at the shoulders, causing them to constantly fall off my shoulders. I'll have to do a bit of sewing to fix this. Otherwise I'm beyond pleased with my purchase.

Beautiful dress! I love this fabric pattern and it fits much better this time around. Had a measuring hiccup on my first one and it ended up tearing on me so I requested a new one, thankfully not full price however I couldn't spend the money on a rush order again so I had to wait a long time for the replacement.
