This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Customer service is fantastic; they helped make sure my measurements were correct and I am so grateful for that. Shipping was also wonderfully fast and I received text updates which was great. This is the highest quality dress I've ever owned I love love love it! I did custom sizing and it fits like a glove, I would recommend measuring yourself generously because after eating a big meal it can be kind of tight but it's so flattering
Ordered the custom made sizing since I'm in between sizes (XS and S). Dress fits perfectly. I love it so much! Fabric is lightweight and not see through. Would definitely purchase more custom sized dresses from this store in future.
I just love these dresses so much!! Now that it's summer, I don't even want to wear anything but my Hearts and Found dresses. I have 6! And the colour on this one is amazing!! The quality, cut, and fit of this dress was great! The adjustable straps helped with the fit and I just loved everything about the packaging and customer service. I'm 5' tall and found that a 22” skirt length worked best for my frame.

I got the Grace Dress in Forest Green Linen. The color is gorgeous! It was worth the wait! The dress was a little bit of a splurge for me, but dresses of similar quality generally cost about the same, and they aren't customizable. Great customer service and product!
