This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Such a beautiful dress and so high quality! Arrived so much faster than I anticipated. The shop owner was also so helpful when I accidentally forgot to also purchase a custom add on and helped me figure it all out!! Perfect size, fit, color and style
I was not prepared for how much I love this dress!!!! It is easily my favourite of all my Hearts and Found dresses (and I have quite a few now). I got it in Lilac Linen, and it is the most amazing material. It's indescribably soft!!! I love it so much! I shouldn't have waited so long to try the linen, it's amazing. As always, the quality is excellent and it fits like a glove. I'm sure I'll be back to buy more soon!
This dress is gorgeous, fits perfectly to my measurements, and is very comfortable. The lining is so soft. I love how full the skirt is and the deep pockets were super useful/unnoticeable for carrying my phone during a wedding.

These dresses are officially my favorite dresses to buy. So much thought and detail go into them. Perfect fit, fully lined, and hand stitched hems. Makes me feel like I ordered a custom couture dress and for only a little over a hundred bucks. Any negative reviews are people who can't handle having to wait, which I understand, but sometimes quality is worth waiting for. If you're thinking about getting one of these dresses DO IT.
Also worth noting that the pockets are UNMATCHED in size and basically invisible so they don't take away from the dress. Thank you so much again for flawless work, and excellent customer service and communication.
This. Dress. Oh my god. This is the most beautiful dress I've ever owned. The construction is flawless, the fabric is so light and comfortable, but has a beautiful weight to it. It's flattering, has pockets, fits perfectly, and makes me feel like a storybook character. I never spend this much on clothes, but this dress shop is WORTH the money. And I expressed concerns about having it for a trip, and it got sent out even sooner than I thought. (Even though I'd wait a year for this dress) I will be buying so many more from hearts and found in the future. Thank you so much!!

If I could rate this dress as a 6/5 I would. The custom sizing worked perfectly, and the dress fits like a clove. The fabric is comfortable and breathable. The pattern was spot on from the picture, too. I'm over the moon and can't wait to wear it!
Part 3/5 items. Love this!!
Shipping took a bit longer than expected (although I ordered during a busy sale time, so I knew this would be a possibility). The colors are fabulous and bright and while it's a little lower cut than I hoped, this dress will get a lot of wear! The shoulder straps are a bit loose on me, but nothing I can't deal with. I did not do custom measurements, so maybe next time I will.
This fabric reminds me of candy canes..it will be perfect for Christmas. This is my 2nd Elizabeth and its another winner!
I think the Elizabeth is my favorite dress so far and I've gotten so many compliments on this! I even had a lady practically chase me down in the grocery store just to tell me she loved the sunflowers on it...lol. Thank you Marjorie!

Love my dress! The print is beautiful, the cut is flattering, and the fabric has a nice weight to it (not cheap at all!) Got it custom fit for me, since I'm super tiny with a very pitiful 31' bust; the straps ended up being a bit too long, but that's probably on me for measuring incorrectly. I ordered the last day of May and it arrived first day of July (and didn't get scanned for tracking despite the big sticker on the package asking USPS to do so, ugh!) Within the 4 week estimate to make + ship, and I also ordered during a busy time. Will definitely be ordering another dress (with better measurements!)
