This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. There are so many details that make it more wearable. For example, there is a hook and eye + zipper hidden in the front pleat to make the dress very easy to get on! I also loved that the seller messages you to verify your size before the dress is made. Even though I am full bust, I'm still able to button the dress with no issues, and so I am quite pleased with how the sizing matches up with what is listed on the website. I will definitely be back for more dresses.

The white eyelet is adorable and great for Summer. As usual, I customized my dress with an half-circle skirt, as I prefer less bulk around the hips.
The quality of the dress is just excellent, and so is the customer service and packaging. (But I do wonder if a paper bag would make the shipping cost cheaper?)
My only issue is the waist of the dress is much too high for me. I am 5'7 so I am taller than average, but the waist sits just below my bust so it looks almost like a babydoll dress on me. I wish the bodice was about 1 to 2 inch longer in the waist.

This is definitely my all time favorite dress! It's the exact style I always wanted as a kid watching old films and the fabric is so beautiful! Gorgeous color and such pretty flowers. Best of all its a perfect fit!

This dress is SO well-made and completely blew my expectations out of the water! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I do find that despite the fact that my measurements should fit a Large, the dress fits a little big, so I will probably order down next time, but not a huge deal with this dress.
I've fallen in love with this dress. This is the Solid Tuscany Yellow Linen fabric and it's absolutely amazing! One of the most beautiful yellow colours out there (especially under direct sunlight) and a stunning combination with this dress design. I love the fitted bodice and the soft gathering of the skirt at the waist. The sleeves are very cute as well, though I feel a slight tug when raising my arms.
All in all, the dress is very comfortable and fits wonderfully. It's very well made and will definitely last a very very long time!

This is my 4th dress and every time I am blown away. The quality and fit is perfect! I love this dress cut. I was worried about the bust on this dress with the buttons at the front but the front sits flat.
I could not love a dress more than this one~ it fits perfectly and feels sturdy enough that I won't have to baby it like some dresses I've bought. Marjorie is a sweetheart and made sure my purchase was correct! (They also added a mask and some other gifts <3) trust me when I say it's worth the $ for any custom dress on this page :)

This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me.
