Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

This is a dream dress! It fits exactly how I envisioned it to--which is amazing. I opted for the custom skirt request to switch the standard style out for a half circle skirt option and I'm so glad I did--I wish I knew about this on my previous orders! Ordered this in black Swiss dot and the fabric is incredibly soft and lightweight. I can't wait for summer to roll around again (and the pandemic to end) so I can wear this out. Pockets. Lined. Absolute perfection! I want dozens more in this cut!

Another amazing dress from H&F shop. This pattern gives me major Disney Princess vibes. The limited edition border print is absolute perfection. This photo is right out of the package before I steamed it. Cannot wait to wear this every chance I get. One advice I give is to add half and inch or more to the waist. Because of the shape and stitching/fabric around the waist it might be too tight. I always add extra room in the waist and this felt perfect. My other H&F dresses (Bonnie, Wendy, & Marianne) have the same measurements and I have more room at the waist. That being said I tried it on after having a meal I was allergic to causing me to be bloated. Thank you for another amazing dress!
Sent in custom fabric to have made into this dress and needed it in time for a spring event. Fabric took some time to get there, but the HeartsandFound team still managed to make the dress and send it out well before my event! Incredibly well made and so grateful for the attention to detail and shipping speed!

Fabric quality and stiching overall is nice but the waistband is a little off center and the top is looser around the neckline than other dresses I've ordered.

I ordered a custom dress to wear for playing music at a friend's summer wedding. I'm an accordionist so I needed something without buttons on the front and with room in the sleeves, and the “Ava” looked like it would work. It arrived within a few weeks and it fits perfectly - it's loose enough that it won't be uncomfortable if it's a bad bloating day, but it doesn't look like it's too big! Its the cutest thing ever!
The delivery, packaging, quality and color of the linen, and dress design was top notch. Thank you! Only one star is taken off because the waistline of the dress was higher than my natural waistline. Because the style does not have adjustable straps, I used a belt to create the illusion of a longer torso but I would rather wear it without the belt. To ensure the perfect fit, next time I will provide shoulder back-to-waist and shoulder front-to-waist measurements when customizing my order. Overall, I'm pleased with this shop and optimistic that any future orders will be quality work.
