Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Beautiful dress, great craftsmanship, so lovely and cool because it is cotton a natural fibre , the Gilda is one of my favourite cuts , it's so flattering with or without a bra ( d cup boobs for reference) I asked for the add on half circle skirt this time and I love it for a more casual look
WOW! Amazing dress! It's like a style you can get at Reformation or Anthropologie, but the price actually reflects the quality! Perfect seams, no loose strings, finished hem, LINING, and DEEP POCKETS! I will say that it's imperative to take your own measurements, and to double check the store's standard sizing; I was lucky that the XL pretty much was exactly my own measurements. Came in a pretty box, and i didn't even need to steam it! Will definitely order something from here again, thanks!
This is the first time I've ordered Gilda, because I'm pretty particular about not having too high a neckline (looks odd with my bust/shape), but the ties are long enough for some play. I think I will order this style again, I'm really pleased with how flattering and unique it is. I ordered this in the Lavender Dotted Swiss which looks beautiful. It's perfect for Spring/Summer, very flirty! The Dotted Swiss is very lightweight but still nice quality and not see through (of course the dress is fully lined, with pockets). Depicted on my trusty mannequin, as I was eager to photograph but didn't have time to change and wash my makeup off- don't want to stain this beauty!

I chose the Gilda dress in Red panda retreat bamboo floral print and it is incredible. The custom fit is perfect, the print is gorgeous and she has the most incredible deep pockets. On top of all this she arrived just 11days after I places the order. I suspect she will be the first of many (once I save up the money, which is completely worth it).
Once again I have received a gorgeous, high quality dress that fits like it was made for me. Though you can get custom sizing I have found the standard sizing descriptions have worked for me. I'm constantly stopped and complimented when wearing Hearts and Found dresses. I wish my whole closet was filled. What more could I ask for?!?!?

Really an amazing dress. Thank you for the clear communication, thanks to that i got the perfect fit! I highly reccomend going with a custom size, i have a smaller waist and wider hips and its almost impossible to find something that fits well at both spots. This dress does it beautifully. Unfortunately this is the best picture that i can get at the moment, i bought this dress to wear at my highschool graduation this June so i will edit my review then with better photos. Shipping was a lot faster than i expected too. I will be buying from here again!
