This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

I'm going to wear this dress so many different ways! I got it custom sized with a circle skirt instead of tiered, and for anyone who needs a color comparison, this is parchment ivory linen. The waist seam ended up being a tiny bit high, but it's not a big deal. H&F's customer service is stellar, and they will help you with measurements if you need it; this isn't my first piece from them and I'm certain it won't be my last either.

This dress is adorable but I am slightly disappointed by the white zipper, which seems cheap. Otherwise, the color is very flattering to my skin tone.
My favourite dress from heartsandfound! The design is stunning, simply dreamy; it has a wonderful shape, with or without a petticoat. The Ivory Linen fabric suits it very well. Thanks to the shape of the neckline and bodice and the fact that it was made-to-order, I'm also able to wear it without a bra, while preserving a beautiful shape and feeling very comfortable, which, for me, is a big plus. The matching scrunchy added to my delight with this purchase. <3
This was my 10:th dress from Hearts and Found. This material was little different from my earlier purchases in soft cotton flanel, this was little more 'itchy'. I dont know why.
I still love it. Might be different when I washed it a few times.

This shop is definitely a new favorite! The seller's communication was fast and clear, and they made sure that we were on the same page about the dress that I wanted. The dress itself is lovely! I got it customized with a circle skirt and I love it so much! The fabric is comfortable and the dress is lined so it won't be too cold to wear on chillier days. The fabric is great quality and the fit is perfect. I plan to buy from here again! (Note: the photo attached is **pre-ironing**!)
Beautiful dress. I got compliments when I wore it for the first time! The only problem I had with the dream is that the sleeves love to slide off my shoulders so I would have adjust them, but otherwise the dress is amazing
Absolutely beautiful dress that fit perfectly! I chose a non-tiered skirt which looks so nice! And I ordered it in the green melon cotton. I will say that the colour is more muted than bright, as my screen would have it appear, but it is still a really lovely colour :)
Cannot emphasise more the quality of this beautiful dress. I will never buy fast fashion again, makes me feel a million dollars every time I wear it. Not to mention the beautiful packaging it came in. So happy with this. Highly recommend the shorter length for cottagecore style that you can wear day to day without getting funny looks.
The melon green looks just as warm as it does in the picture. It's a nice quality fabric and well constructed dress. The only thing is that the 'tips' of the bust are a bit too pointed for my chest, but I think I can fix it. It's still a lovely piece and I do intend to order more in the future.

This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!

The dress is incredibly beautiful and the fabric and construction looks and feels very luxurious. My only issue has been with the sleeves being too big at the shoulders, causing them to constantly fall off my shoulders. I'll have to do a bit of sewing to fix this. Otherwise I'm beyond pleased with my purchase.

Sehr schönes Kleid, aber schwierig mit den Schultermassen. War mir zu weit und ist ständig über die Schulter gerutscht. Musste angepasst werden.

Fijn contact met verkoopster. Jurk heeft een prachtige kleur! Meet jezelf goed na. Het lijfje van de jurk is mij net iets te groot (steekt uit bij de schouders). Elke keer dat ik in de jurk loop krijg ik complimenten. Ik koop hier zeker nog een keer.

Gorgeous dress! I ordered the Mary dress, size XXL, in Antique Rose linen. Lovely color, and it came with a matching scrunchie!
As a small warning, the linen dresses shrink a wee bit in the wash/dryer! When the dress arrived, I was easily able to zip the dress myself, and once it was washed, I needed my husband to help me out.

I'm so happy with this dress. I was apprehensive about spending so much on a dress that I wasn't going to be able to try on before I brought it, even with custom sizing which I chose for that reason. But it has turned out so well! It is wonderful in every way: a lovely style, lovely colour, good quality fabric from natural fibres, good quality dressmaking and huge pockets! I've never had such big pockets: I can fit a small paperback in them! I want to reiterate how good the fabric and dressmaking was, you would find it hard to find anything this good now in the shops, so I'm pleased to finally have something of such good quality, as I've only found this quality in vintage or homemade clothing before. It came quickly, although I would have been happy to wait for such a good-quality item.
