This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

This is my second purchase from Hearts and Found, and it won't be my last! I bought this dress to wear to my bachelorette party, and when I put it on, I felt like a 1940s movie star. I'm a little nervous about how I'm gonna keep it clean (because it's white) and wrinkle-free (because it's linen), but the construction is immaculate.
Beautiful fabric and the perfect fit! The Mansfield dress is quintessential vintage summer, a must have in my wardrobe. I had mine made in the Hearts white eyelet cotton, so it's a complete sweetheart dress. I have received so many compliments saying “a dress like this is rare,” or “is it vintage?” Because Hearts and Found's tailoring and details are so authentically vintage. This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!
Because all the previous dresses I purchased had the bottom completely gathered (like the Lola skirt), I was hesitant to order a dress with the bottom rounded (like the Lindy skirt). After receipt and fitting, I have no regrets! The result is superb, the bottom remains voluminous but with more lightness. I am delighted and I recommend this very beautiful dress!

In love with this style! It's of course a bit more provocative and glamorous but still covers up and is well made enough to feel secure. I ordered the Strawberry Fields (Navy) print, ADORE. Since this style is more date-wear than work appropriate I ordered another dress in that print because it's very wearable and fun! This style is perfect for nights out.

This is the second dress that I have ordered from Hearts & Found and I must say that the sterling reviews do not lie. It is even more beautiful than the first dress and fits like a glove. Very good quality and finishing and pockets! Nice deep pockets! Honestly, it isn't quick and there are cheaper sources out there but for the quality you cannot beat this seller.
