This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

Such a sweet dress, and SO easy to winterize with a shirt or a sweater underneath! The bows are adorable and sit flat enough that you don't really feel them when sitting or wearing coats. As always, perfectly tailored, huge pockets, and insanely comfortable. I ordered this one in Princeton Plaid and the fabric is so soft and cozy!

I will start off by saying that I eyeballed these dresses for like a year before finally making the jump. I should have ordered sooner! They fit like a glove, are beautifully made and the attention to detail and care with which they are made makes my heart smile! I will absolutely be repurchasing!

Such a gorgeous, perfectly made, one-of-a-kind dress! I graduated in it (go class of 2020)! It's definitely the most beautiful dress I own, and it makes me so happy just looking at it. I got the dress tailored to my measurements and requested the back bows in a matching solid color and that made all the difference. This shop has lots of glowing reviews for a good reason. I would definitely love to buy another work of art from this shop in the future.

I ordered this dress by custom sizing and it fits perfectly. I love the bows on the back, but the best part about this design is that I can wear a normal bra and the dress straps cover it completely. The only part that raised a brow is that the waistline stitching dips down in the front and raises up on the back. I'm not sure if it's a flaw or part of the design, but on a hanger you can see that the dress is about an inch shorter in the back. My butt is pretty flat so it's not noticeable while I'm wearing it.

I already love this dress a lot! The style is absolutely adorable - perfect summer dress (especially if in a lighter color!). The ribbons on the back straps are fun, and the front silhouette with the tall neckline is very flattering as well. Also appreciate how this dress has a comfortable under-layer sewn into it and deep pockets! I'm 5'2' (small), and 'above knee (tall)' hit my mid-knee (which I like). Packaging was perfect, and I received my entire order within 11 days!
This dress is adorable and I am so in love! I asked for the bows to be removed as I worried they might look a bit much with the tartan, and the finished result looks so classic.
The fabric is very soft, it feels like a flannel shirt. I didn't know there'd be pockets either! Always a plus. I'm really looking forward to wearing this on Christmas Day.

So beautiful! The only downside was I went off measurements from last month before I went on holiday, so it was a bit hard to zip up ha. So remember to measure yourself with breathing room.

This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!
