This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

From now on, I will only buy my dresses and skirts from hearts and found. I'm personally very busty with a smaller waist so this style of dress fitting to be so beautifully.
There's a beautiful lining built on the inside that gives a dress a little bit more body. Not to mention the fact that I didn't even notice it had pockets, which is amazing and you also get a matching scrunchie with whatever fabric that you chose.❤️
The fabric is nice quality and a beautiful color. The craftsmanship is perfect and very thoughtful. The seamstress really puts thought into the quality and details. Pockets are deep enough to hold my phone and my giant clutch of a wallet without looking bulky
The ties give you a nice amount of versatility, the back straps can be tucked to turn it in to a halter or crisscrossed for additional support.
The packaging is very cute, perfect if you're sending a gift!

I bought this as kind of a secondary consideration- I'd been eyeing it for awhile but I do have a number of Graces and Kellys as it is. Anyways I'm so glad I picked up one in this fabric too. Can I just say how perfectly the circle skirt works with this fabric? The Palm fabric is a lovely linen, the circle cut allows the fabric to lie and swing JUST SO. It's elegant, it's fun, it's perfect. Beautiful Kelly green print on an off-white/almost natural base (not white-white, fortunately- I can't quite pull bright white off without looking like Casper lol). Love H&F, I usually choose my own fabrics /lengths but this one is perfection ready to go :) ETA to add photo <3

As always gorgeous quality! I got the large checks pattern and the fabric is perfect for summer or for a warm climate. It's very cool and breezy-feeling. And unlike some other tie strap dresses ive worn from other brands, these STAY tied, and even if you double-bow them, they still look super cute. I wore this to a party and paired with brown vintage boots. It was a perfect modern western girly vibe.

This (Beeloved Blooms) print is so beautiful! It's super cute and fun, and pairs well with the flirty Kelly style. With this one I opted for the skirt upgrade and got the circle skirt. It's a true circle and a nice change of pace (little less bulk at the waist versus the gathered skirt). I appreciate how long the shoulder ties are, so the bodice sits just right.
So very happy with my purchase from Hearts & Found. My dress arrived to Australia in just over two weeks from date of purchase - super impressive considering they are made to order and of the highest quality workmanship and material! Style is very flattering and sizing accurate. I will definitely be purchasing again from Marjorie.
Absolutely gorgeous dress! I got the custom size add-on and am so happy with the quality of this piece. I've never ordered custom-sized anything and have always been hesitant to spend much money on clothing, but this dress was so worth it. I've only had it a month and have worn it for multiple events! And the matching mask is perfect and much appreciated.
Edit: The only tiny issue I've had is the dress is pilling a bit, a couple months on. I think it's just the fabric, though, because my other HeartsAndFound dresses didn't do that. Still gorgeous, just a bit frustrating since I've been trying to baby the dress to make it last a long time.
I had ordered the wrong size initially but was able to very quickly have that fixed, wonderful and fast responses. Shipping was super fast.
The packaging was adorable, and a mask was included!! The fabric is airy but has a nice weight to it-makes me want to spin and dance around. And last but not least POCKETS!!!!! I'm so pleased I never want to take this dress off.

This dress is amazing. The standard size chart is true to size. The dress is so well made. I'm very impressed how nice it is and will buy another dress from them.
The fabric is super soft and flowy. I was a little worried about the shade of yellow being too pale, but it's a nice deep yellow. A wonderful dress for summer and spring!
