This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

This dress is beyond beautiful and so comfortable! It comes with pockets, lining (no VPL!) and I was sent a matching scrunchie! This was perfect for my Barbie Halloween costume and I'm looking forward to ordering from this shop again. Thank you <3
This dress fit PERFECTLY, especially since the straps are adjustable to accommodate different torso lengths. Best plus size option around- INFINITELY better than the big online retailers for retro dresses.
1) My torso is slightly longer than average and Pin Up Girl brand dresses are slightly shorter than average in the torso, so everything is baby doll on me!
2) Unique Vintage plus size selection is a joke. Everything stops at 3x (if that), except for a SMALL handful of sizes- we're taking 2-3 styles.
After my first Hearts and Found there's no going back. Already ordering 2 more dresses.

The cotton fabric is very thick and not see through even in this cream color! The matching scrunchies were a wonderful surprise as well :)! I ordered it in medium and it fits well everywhere except the bust which is a little snug compared to the cap sleeve dress I also got in a medium so next time I'll be doing custom sizing for any other sleeveless dresses I order.
This is my favorite silhouette from this shop. I've always had great experiences purchasing from here, but the Catalina silhouette is gorgeous on my body type. I'm 5'3 with a large bust and high hip, so I find that gathered skirts can make me look too puffy. Not this one!! The bust tailoring, strap placement, and circle skirt are extremely flattering on me. I reccommend matching to your bust size and using an external belt to cinch the waist for maximum comfort. The gingham fabric is also lovely—lightweight but still substantial. This is the only store I know of that holds a candle to true vintage dresses! Tysm!

This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Thank you!

The dress is well-made and excellent sturdy quality and it looks absolutely beautiful on.
I ordered it at Knee length so that it would hit me a little below my knee at my upper calf area and it was perfect (I'm 5'2).
Just a note/advice for other purchasers: I was between sizes and ordered down (my waist is about 26.5-27 inches so I got a small) and it fits like a glove and is very flattering BUT the cotton fabric does not really have any give, so next time I am going to order custom sizing so that I have a little more breathing room in the ribcage.

This is my third dress from this dressmaker and all three have been perfect! The material is soft, it fit perfectly and they are my favorite dresses now.
The Josephine dress is definitely my favorite style from Hearts and Found. I love the full skirt, bust line, and the adjustable tie in the back. It's so pretty and like all other Hearts and Found dresses I own, there so we'll made. The floral bee print is so beautiful!
