This dress is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a standard size dress or between 3-6 weeks for a made to measure dress.
However, if you need a dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is do-able.

Due to the individuality of Custom Orders, it is not possible to return your dress for any reason, (especially sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c) unless a significant construction fault is present. Please take your measurements carefully and check with us if you are unsure.
Cancellations of orders are available, however, a cancellation request MUST be placed within 24 hours of the original order date. After this time, materials are cut and labour assigned to the production of your order. Strictly no cancellations are available beyond 24 hours after the order date.

I love this adorable floral, the background is a warm white almost creamy yellow not bright white. This dress (which is wonderfully made) is so easy to dress up or down. Super comfortable. Not my first nor my last dress from H&F. Shipping was fast this time.

I'm absolutely in love. It's Diana dress with the 'Muholland Plaid' fabric. The fabric feels so soft and the colour is gorgeous. Can't wait to wear it all winter 🧡 It has really huge pockets and it fits perfectly. It was made very quickly and it shipped to Germany without any problems!
I love this dress, it is fully lined, came in beautiful packaging, fits like a glove and has pockets! My only wish would be for a less revealing neckline. Will definitely buy from this shop again.
I got the Diana Dress is Sephia Linen. I'm 175 cm and chose Knee L (Tall). I got the custom fit and it was definitely worth it. It fits perfectly and the quality is amazing!
This has been my favorite winter dress! I have a large difference between my bust and waist, and this dress fits perfectly. If you don't fit the size chart well, it is worth it to pay for custom sizing.

Cue “I feel pretty” from west side story! These dresses are amazing! And the cute little matching scrunchies put in the pocket of each dress was another fine touch. I ordered the size according to their measurements and they fit like a GLOVE! And they're good quality. If you're hesitating because of price: so did I. But now I have the dresses, I'm about to place another order! Fantastic experience all around! 10s across the board!
This review is long overdue but I've been rather busy. So… after discovering H&F, I immediately fell in love with all their dresses. Like seriously ALL their dresses. To the point that I bought a truckload. I'm broke but it's all worth it. H&F is legit the best. The fabric is PERFECTION. I love all the styles, the colors, just everything. I am definitely gonna have a whole closet with just H&F dresses. No regrets at all. The only con I had was since I bought too much dresses, there was a bit of issue with the shipping carrier (I had to pay a high custom fee) I contacted the shop owner and she compensated me. Meet jezelf goed op. Het bovenlijfje was mij iets te groot rond de boezem, dus de coupenaad creëerd een punt in de stof (alsof de tepel door de stof komt). Verder een prachtige kleur! Verrast door de goede voering, dus ook in de zachte winters draagbaar.
